Lost But Not Alone: Navigating Life’s Whirlwinds with Faith and Determination | Ken Hulsey

Navigating the path that God has lovingly laid out for us can be a profound journey, yet it often comes with challenges from forces that seek to distract and disorient us. Imagine this: as you strive to follow that divine path, the adversary may suddenly appear, trying to blind you and lead you astray. Like a whirlwind, he may spin you around, making you feel dizzy and confused. In that moment, it might seem as though you've lost your way, as if under the influence of something strong, unable to see your true direction.


However, dear friend, remember that the power of prayer is always within reach. When you feel lost, seek forgiveness and ask for guidance. Acknowledge where you have strayed off course, and, with renewed determination, step back onto the path laid out for you. Each time the enemy attempts to disrupt your journey, you have the divine power to cast off the blindfold and declare the strength of Jesus' name. Lean into that strength, for it is your shield and your light. Through prayer and faith, you will find clarity, reaffirm your direction, and continue your walk with purpose, joy, and unwavering resolve.

On June 14, 1777, the Continental Congress approved the design of a national flag. Image and Text from the Library of Congress Since 1916, when President Woodrow Wilson issued a presidential proclamation establishing a national Flag Day on June 14, Americans have commemorated the adoption of the Stars and Stripes in many ways–displaying the flag in front of their homes, parades, and other patriotic observances.
